Are you looking for a short satisfying love story for an extended lunch break, a cosy evening for one, or a late-night binge? Are you sick of Dukes and the 'bon ton' and yearning for a more relatable book boyfriend? I've got you.
My Regency love stories are short reads (under 20,000 words) with swoon-worthy heroes and gutsy heroines. There's a guaranteed happy ever after ending in every story, (or there will be when I've rewritten my first book, the Painter on Salcombe Hill!)
I write my kisses-only romance as Sheridan Parsons and my low-spice, open-door romance as Sheri Green. Angst is usually low, and there's no swearing stronger than a 'damn'. Sex scenes in my spicy books are romantic, tender, and vanilla; the sexual terminology is mild or euphemistic.
I love history and often get lost in rabbit holes while I research my books. When I'm not writing, I enjoy reading, cryptic crosswords, coffee shops, book shops, browsing through antiquarian dictionaries, and walking by the sea.
