Just a quick update on a few properties which have come onto my radar.
Hope you're all well? This is just a quick update on a few properties which have come onto my radar this week, rather than a full trawl!
Unexpectedly, Atherstone Lock Cottage has come back onto the market. It's a fantastic project but needs lots of work. The main challenge is the lack of vehicular access. This will impact renovation work and potentially mortgageability. But, oh, the potential here!
Another property is one I know well from Instagram, where you can follow its restoration at @littlecanalcottage. It's a gorgeous white stone cottage by the Llangollen Canal. I can't see it on Rightmove yet, but it will be soon! Keep your eyes peeled!
